Every level, every volume, every load. Now everyone can agree them.
Your site, flown and rebuilt as something you can measure, share and stand behind. It
opens in a browser, you pay for the job rather than the year, and the history stays
yours.
Everyone who needs the site is already standing on it.
The people who make decisions about a site are almost never the people with the software. So this opens in a browser, for anyone you give it to, on whatever they happen to be holding.
Send us the flight and your control and it comes back as your site, whole and to scale. Nothing to install, no licence to buy, and nobody waiting on the one machine in the office that can open it.
Measurable
Looking good is the easy part.
We believe a model of your site should be judged by the figures you can take off it, not by how good it looks. Most 3D models are made to impress, and they do, right up until someone needs a number.
So we build ours the other way round: precision first, presentation second. Every point is tied to your survey control and sits in your own grid.
Look straight down and the perspective falls away: parallel lines, true scale, a plan you could measure off. It still looks every bit as good. It is simply the one you can put a number on.
Measure
If you can see it, you can measure it.
We believe the truth about your site should never be trapped behind a bottleneck. The answer to a question should not wait on a specialist, a third party or next week's report.
It belongs to whoever needs it, the moment they need it. A few clicks, and anything on screen is a measurement, to centimetre-level accuracy.
Save it, and it is already a report, ready for the people it matters to.
Stocks
Draw round it. That is the whole job.
The figure you invoice on should take a minute, and you should be able to take it yourself.
Draw a boundary around the pile and the volume comes back in cubic metres, converted through to tonnes and to value using a material library set up for your site, with your densities and your prices. The same shape, measured the same way, every month.
Against what
A volume is only as honest as the surface underneath it.
Every guess about what lies under a stockpile ends up in the figure. We think you should never have to guess.
So establish the true ground first. Separate the material from the surface it sits on, and the hidden errors in a stock figure have nowhere left to hide.
In Dragoneye you set that ground three ways: bring a survey from before the stock went down, import your own ground design, or trace the bare ground on any current survey. What comes back is the stock and nothing else, even in a concrete bay.
Volume tool family
One selection. Four different answers.
How much changed is always what you want to know. What you measure against is what makes it a different question each time.
You are looking at this survey against the one before it, the older ground lifted clear so you can see what moved and a heat map so you can analyse the figures.
Change what you measure against and the same selection answers something else. Set a flat level across the top of a hole and it tells you how much has come out, or how much it would take to fill. Set your own design and it tells you what is still to move before the site matches the drawing.
Not just a quarry tool.
a housing plot under construction, drawn in line
Construction
Every build is earthworks before it is a building. Dragoneye measures the ground as it changes, and stands the finished thing on it before a spade goes in.
Cut and fill against your design, and what has been built against what was drawn
Your drawings and your architect’s model, laid on the real ground
Walk round the finished building before a spade goes in, and show a client or a planner exactly what they get
How much moved this week, how much has gone off site, and what is left in the piles
A section through anywhere on site, without going back out
a landfill cell and its working face, drawn in line
Waste & Recycling
Void is the product. Know how much you have left, how fast it is filling, and be able to show anyone where the figure came from.
How much space you have left, and how fast it is filling
How close you are to the level you are allowed to fill to
What is in each pile, by material and by tonne
A profile through the tip face, so you can see the shape you are building
Every single figure dated and kept, so you can show where it came from
a road cutting and embankment, drawn in line
Roads & Infrastructure
The surface is the asset. One flight reads its shape, its fall and its condition along the whole length.
How steep the road is, how rough, and where it is rutted or lifted
Cut and fill on the banks and cuttings
Your design or a structure model laid on the real ground, before it is built
What has changed since the last flight
A section straight across the road, anywhere along it
What it adds up to
Everyone is looking at the same site.
The number in the report is the number on the model, and it is the number your client sees. Nobody is working from a drawing that changed last week, and nobody has to buy a seat just to look at it.
Most of what goes wrong on site is two people holding different information. Most of what it costs is the time spent working out which of them was right.
Go on, then
It's yours. Get close.
Take the controls and fly the real survey. Get down among the benches, in
close on a stockpile, along the haul road. This is the model itself at full
resolution, streaming into your browser the same way it would for your team.
Not a video, and not a flythrough we made earlier.
Your scroll still works until you do.

What it costs
Pay for the work you do. Not the months you don’t.
We believe true partners sit on the same side of the table.
You cannot scale a business by paying a year upfront for work you haven’t done yet. A yearly licence is a heavy overhead, which is exactly the trap many face in the early days.
So our cost sits entirely with the job. We only earn when you are working, because we would rather help you win your next job than bill you for a quiet month.
Pay only for what you do: Not the months you don’t. A quiet month costs you absolutely nothing.
Total predictability: One fixed cost per survey, known before you quote. A line on your invoice rather than a hole in your overhead.
A typical platform stack
£2,800–£7,500/yr
Processing and cloud sharing are forced into separate packages, piling up costs before you even add basic inspection tools.
A typical entry plan
£3,300/yr
A false starting point. Cut and fill, design files, and ground control are locked away on higher tiers, with extra penalties for every single user.
Dragoneye
PAYG/survey
Full capability included. Processing, a year of hosting, five seats, and unlimited client viewing. No seat penalties and no per-drone charges.
Priced per survey. Many clients white label Dragoneye and set their own price, so the figure is theirs to name rather than ours to print. Ask and you will have it in short order.
Figures for other platforms reflect standard industry list prices for equivalent processing
and sharing features as of June 2026. Where a vendor does not publish, the figure is a
verified customer baseline average.
While the beta is open we are still measuring what a survey costs us to run, so our figure
may move, up or down. The price covers the survey, its first year online and five seats; keeping
a site online beyond that year, and any seats beyond the five, carry a further cost we agree
with you before it applies.
What it does
One platform, from the flight to the figure the client signs off.
Earthworks & volumes
Stockpiles, cut and fill against a design surface, void calculation, period-to-period comparison, cross-sections, road grade and condition. Draw it, get the number.
Condition inspection
Close-range asset and building inspection alongside the survey — including RICS-style condition reporting. Not a separate product from a separate company.
Reports worth sending
Premium, branded, shareable reports — carrying your logo, not ours. A recipient can open the underlying measurement and see exactly where the figure came from.
Runs in the browser
No workstation, no Windows-only desktop licence, no install. Send a link and the client is standing in the 3D site.
No hostages
Your survey record is yours. We don’t delete your history, and we don’t hold it back to push a renewal.
An ecosystem, not an island
Professional-grade RTK corrections, automatic coded ground-control targets, and the Dragoneye Academy — the pieces compound, and they’re priced to be used.
What we left out
We left things out on purpose.
That was the tour, not the manual. There is a great deal underneath it, and most of it
only starts to matter once we know your site. So here is the short version of what we
would otherwise have spent this page explaining.
Coordinates and control
Your own projection and datum, so every figure reads like the ones on your drawings
Any national grid, state plane or UTM zone you work in, from the full EPSG register rather than a shortlist
Heights through the published geoid for your region. Where a country publishes one, we hold it or we go and get it
Your survey control, and coded ground targets that find themselves in the imagery
What 1 to 3 cm actually means on your site, and what it takes to hold it
Your files, in and out
DXF, IFC, LandXML, LAS and LAZ, GeoTIFF, SHP, GeoJSON, KML, OBJ, glTF, CSV points
LandXML brings its alignments with it, so a road centreline arrives as a true centreline
Back out as DSM, DTM, orthomosaic, point cloud and tiled 3D models, at full resolution
It is your data, and it stays your data
Ground X: draw round an area, export the surface, bring it back in as the ground underneath. A survey becomes its own baseline
Proof you can show
Every figure dated and attributable: who measured it, when, and on which survey
Corrections are added, never written over the top of what a client signed off
Reports that carry your logo, not ours
Whoever you send one to can open the measurement behind the figure, if you choose
Every flight of the site stays on it, so you can move back through them
Software built for your reality. Let’s see if we’re a fit.
We believe software should work around you, not the other way around. We’re opening
our doors early to everyday operators so you can put Dragoneye to the test in the real
world. Register your interest below and a real human will reach out to say hello. You
won’t be dropped into an automated email trap or pushed through a relentless sales
pitch. We simply want an honest chat about what you fly, how you operate, and whether
our platform can genuinely make your life easier.
